Strategic Advisory

Helping founders and companies navigate AI, commerce and long-term growth.

I work with a limited number of founders and leadership teams facing strategic decisions that shape the future of their business.

Advisory is one part of my work, alongside building companies, writing books and developing original projects. The experience gained through those ventures informs every engagement.

My role is to provide senior perspective across strategy, artificial intelligence, commerce, positioning and execution. Sometimes that means acting as a fractional leader. Sometimes it means helping a founder solve a single high-impact problem. The structure depends on the business rather than a predefined service.

I deliberately keep the number of active engagements small. The objective is not to become an external supplier but a trusted strategic partner capable of bringing clarity, challenge and practical execution where it matters most.

How I help

The areas where I create the greatest strategic leverage.

Strategic Advisory

Independent thinking for decisions that matter.

The most valuable contribution is often perspective rather than execution.

Founders frequently reach moments where the next decision carries disproportionate consequences. Launching a new product, entering a market, restructuring commercial priorities or integrating AI into the business all require clear strategic judgement.

My role is to bring an external perspective grounded in entrepreneurship, technology, commerce and execution. I challenge assumptions, identify blind spots and help leadership teams make better decisions with greater confidence.

The objective is not to replace internal expertise but to strengthen it.

AI & Commerce

Preparing businesses for a market increasingly shaped by AI.

Customer behaviour is changing faster than most organisations realise.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping how products are discovered, evaluated and purchased. Search, advertising and traditional digital channels remain important, but they now coexist with conversational interfaces, recommendation engines and autonomous agents.

I help organisations understand the commercial implications of these shifts, identify practical opportunities and build strategies that remain effective as technology evolves.

The focus is always on business outcomes rather than technology for its own sake.

Who I work with

The right engagement depends more on mindset than company size.

Engagement Models

Flexible involvement, adapted to the challenge.

Working Together

Every engagement starts with the business problem, not a predefined package.

I work with a limited number of organisations each year to ensure every engagement remains direct, senior and high-impact.

Rather than selling fixed services, I scope each engagement around the specific strategic challenge, the level of involvement required and the outcomes the business is trying to achieve.

Some collaborations last a few weeks. Others evolve into long-term advisory or fractional leadership relationships. The structure is always shaped by the objectives rather than a standard offering.

If there isn't a strong strategic fit, I'll say so. The goal is to create lasting value, not simply fill a calendar.

Start a Conversation

If you're building something ambitious, let's talk.

The best conversations usually begin with a clear description of where the business is today, what is changing, and which strategic decisions need to be made.

If I believe I can make a meaningful contribution, we'll explore the most appropriate way to work together.
