My work spans software, media brands, books, newsletters, intellectual property and creative projects. Each venture explores a different market, but they all follow the same principle: create assets that become more valuable over time rather than businesses that depend entirely on my time.
I don't see business and creativity as separate disciplines. A company, a book, a product, a piece of music or a media brand all begin with the same process: recognising an opportunity, giving it structure and turning it into something useful that didn't exist before.
Alongside my own ventures, I work with a small number of founders and companies through strategic advisory, fractional leadership and selected consulting engagements focused on AI, commerce, growth and digital transformation.
